Seats, attendance, and fill % against the new full thresholds — to decide where to add services.
Fill % = average attendance ÷ auditorium seats for the window above. A service turns red once it hits its "full" line: 70% for prime Sunday-morning hours (was 80%), 40% for every other service.
A prime service that has stayed at or above 70% for 4 of the last 5 weeks is flagged as a growth trigger — the signal to plan a new service for the next growth season (fall, January, Easter).
Every campus, stacked. Each cell is that service's % of seats for that week (attendance ÷ auditorium seats). Read a row left→right to see its 12-week trend; color flags when it crosses its full line. A blank cell means the service didn't run that week. Scroll down for more campuses; scroll sideways if the weeks run wide.
Total seats counts one service per campus (the auditorium's adult seating). Prime hours are services that start between 9:00 and 11:00am on Sunday. These are today's baseline numbers — the starting point for the "do we have plans to add seats / prime hours / services in the next 6–12 months?" conversation. If a campus's seat count here includes rooms you would not count (like the DDC balconies), adjust Capacity Auditorium in the data for that campus and it flows through everywhere.
